SHIPPING.

All orders within Lagos take 1-3 working days to ship. Please reach out to us if you'd like your item delivered sooner than later.

Please allow 3-5 working days for inter-state standard delivery (deliveries outside Lagos)

Next working day inter-state delivery is also available at double the cost.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

3-5 working days - Express delivery (Please click the option with 3.5kg)

7-10 working days - Standard delivery (Please click the option with 0-2kg)

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS.

Orders are confirmed and processed immediately they have been placed and as such, cannot be cancelled once they've been placed.

 

*We do not offer returns for sizing errors not made on our end. If the sizing error is made on our end, we'd be happy to issue an exchange. Please refer to our sizing chart, Do not size up or down.

If you are extra curvy or in between sizes, please send us a message with your exact dimensions for the best sizing advice, we'd be happy to help. If you are unsure of your size, please do NOT place your order at this time as customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority.

 

*We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit in the amount of your exchanged good. Please note that shipping costs are NOT refundable.  If you require an exchange for store credit. Kindly contact our  team on info@moneothelabel.com for more information.

 

* We do not offer store credit refunds on custom made items, height specifications, intimate wear, and sale items. 

 

*For exchanges, request and shipping must be made within 24hours after delivery within Lagos. Goods are only eligible for exchange if they are returned in the exact original condition & packaging, and free of any stains and smells. Items must not be dry-cleaned or washed and tags must still be attached. This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all of our muses receive their orders in great condition. If the item is returned damaged, it will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense. 

 

Each item is inspected carefully by our team before packing and again during packing. In the rare case you should discover a fault, we ask this is reported to us immediately.  We will ask for photographs to support any fault claim and offer repairs or exchange where appropriate.  Please contact us via email on info@moneothelabel.com with photographs showing the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.

 

*Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

 

*As we are a small brand and unfortunately cannot cover exchange fees for you, you are responsible forexchange shipping fees. We advice that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure that we receive your item. Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you. 

 

*We do not offer store credit refunds on made-to measure items that have been made to the measurements provided by you.  Please ensure you sends us your accurate measurements.
